Try not to think about numbers and think about if you feel healthy or not. Just stay away from empty carbs like white bread and white rice and junk food. These foods will raise your glycemic level (blood sugar) and make you feel refreshed for a little while but you'll crash afterwards.

Are you doing 30 minutes of cardio at one time? I do 30 minutes every day but break it up in intervals. Like, morning - 10 min, Noon - 10 minutes, Evening - 10 min. I'm following a challenge I seen in a SELF magazine. It's Drop 10 and takes 5 weeks. Basically you just eat certain foods and exercise vigorously every day. So, I'm in!

I do Billy Banks Tae Bo and about 20 minutes of it can really kick your butt. It's so fun though!

I've been doing dips...they get killer after a while. Plus, the lil guy climbs up on my stomach! :-)
