Drink more water :-)
I've always been the type of person that just never seems thirsty and I usually only get 5 -8 ounce glasses in a day, on a good day. I just feel sick if I drink when I'm not thirsty. How can I get all my water in? Do I just force myself or are there any tips out there? Help!
