The chicken cantina tacos from Taco Bell are my favorite - I think they are around 170 calories per taco and you get two corn tortillas - I like to eat the tortilla plain with a packet of the hot sauce - really good!

I haven't tried the gummies but I ate a ton of Fiber One bars at the beginning of my diet and it didn't really do much other than make my stomach feel kind of gurgly. A friend of mine recommended a magnesium supplement, as far as I can tell, it seems to help and I haven't had any issues.
