anyone eles take fiber gummies?

hello, I just bought some fiber gummies it is basically like a gummy bear with fiber in them so I took one it says take 2 but I took one and for the whole night my stomach was in pain soo gassy like the gas would travel to my chest and i'm scared to take them again but i been so constipated! anyone eles have this problem?

    Did you drink lots of water with your 'gummy'? Lots of water may help the next time you take it. The gas will get better as your body gets used to them.

    I haven't tried the gummies but I ate a ton of Fiber One bars at the beginning of my diet and it didn't really do much other than make my stomach feel kind of gurgly. A friend of mine recommended a magnesium supplement, as far as I can tell, it seems to help and I haven't had any issues.
