Hey - I'm another newbie!

I joined a few days ago, not sure how I heard about the site, I think through some people at work. I work for a major company that is aimed at keeping employees healthy. I'm a member of our health team (my specialty is nutrition) and until recently I was not exactly leading the life that I should have been as a member of the team. I also had a little problem with nicotine (definitely against the rules) but I kicked that and was decided I better start eating right and exercising if I don't want to gain more weight. Realistically, I have about 25 pounds to lose to look and feel good but I'm shooting for 30+.

I look forward to meeting many of you on this site and sharing tips and encouragement.
