I too have callouses on my hands from lifting. At first they bothered me, but now I don't really care about them anymore. If my future partner has an issue with it, oh well! I'm not going to stop lifting or wear gloves to get rid of them!

Thanks for the tip. Not having an appetite really sucks! I used to enjoy food a lot. Now everything just tastes bland. I'm starting to turn into my mom! My mother is one of those people that eats only to survive. She doesn't particularly like food very much.

I make mine over the stove. I add in coconut oil and a little maple syrup to sweeten it. It tastes good this way. Coconut oil helps with my hunger. I've gone for 4 hrs after eating this without feeling hungry :)

I drink whole, raw milk. I have no problem losing weight drinking raw milk.

I mean lose weight without doing any cardio exercise but with weight training alone.

2-3 weeks doesn't sound too bad. Try the things that everyone suggested. If you plateau for several months, then feel free to message me. I plateaued for an entire 3 month. Supplement was the only thing that saved me!

This is a very interesting post. I can't really confirm this. For me, I plateaued for an entire 3 month! During these 3 month, I was doing high intensity work out such as Turbofire, Insanity, and alternating with weight training. It was an incredibly frustrating 3 month. I was working out hard and eating as health as I can…
