You might want to consider adding more protein to your diet. It takes more to digest. I just started the 17 day diet and lost 5pounds this week. Check into it?

I have been eating pomegranates to help with sugar cravings. They take a while to eat and seem to satisfy my cravings. 16carbs for a half a cup.

A spoonful of almond butter with a few dark chocolate chips, I like to eat a pomegranate when I crave sweets...because it takes a while to eat....then I forgot I was craving sweets...cause they are oh so sweet and yummy.

I love trying new recipes... One of my favorite right now is: black bean and sweet potato wrap. 1/4cup blk beans 1/2 small sweet potato 1-2 tbl. favorite salsa 1oz. of favorite cheese 1 wrap or flat out I cook the sweet potato in microwave 4-5 min in microwave (make sure you poke holes it potato and cover with papertowel).…

I have gone to the gym and was introduced to piloxing...so I found a video online and do it at home. Its an hour long and I get a total workout that is fun.

I put 2-3 tablespoons in an 8 ounce glass of chocolate almond milk. It's like having chocolate pudding...and it fills you up!!! Not to mention its full of protein.

I don't go to the gym either. I have a wii fit and I weigh myself on that and do some of the exercises...I also will go for a walk or jog...But where I live it's really cold, so the wii fit is my friend ;) Plus I can play some of the games with the kids and they get active to! It's a win win.
