3 Tblsp in a cup of chocolate almond milk or any milk, stir and shill for about 40 minutes...chocolately tapioca kind o pudding...quite tasty!
Makes 2 servings0 -
I had never heard of them before talking to you about them yesterday, and now I'm doing research and am very interested. I just wish a serving wasn't 137 calories, but if it helps my cravings, along with other positive benefits, then it will be worth it. Thanks!

My seeds are only 91 calories for two tblsp.0 -
you can add them to most anything, but yo're not supposed to heat them as that destroys some of their curative/nutritional properties.
You can get a cookbook from the library.0 -

I put 2-3 tablespoons in an 8 ounce glass of chocolate almond milk. It's like having chocolate pudding...and it fills you up!!! Not to mention its full of protein.0
