I do the 30 day shred dvd when I wake up, but anything cardio feels great first thing in the morning.

Cosmo had a thigh toning exercise in the September issue... haven't tried so I'm not sure how effective it is though!

i can feel my collarbone and hipbones, and i had to go to the shoe repair to get extra holes punched in my belts... and the guy working there did it free of charge! haha. plus its nice not breaking a sweat while jean shopping.. ahah!

Like according to my BMI, I am overweight. But I fit into a size 8... so I don't feel as though I look overweight.

According to my actual weight and BMI, i'm not healthy. I've gone from a size 12 to a size 8 so far in 2010, and I'm aiming to be a 6... so long as I look good, I don't care about the # on the scale :)

I just did D5L2 and it does get easier... but I'm scared to move to level 3! Maybe a few more days... When I started L1 i had absolutely 0 upper arm strength but I'm finding now I can flex my arm and see definition... very exciting!

I'm on day 12 and seeing a bit of a difference. I know I have a lot more energy, and I can see my muscles toning, so I have high hopes for the last half!

Just did day 2 of level 2 (My 9th day overall) and man is it hard! I've never broken such a sweat! But I'm glad I can see/feel a difference already!

someone on this forum pointed out that they are 148 and wear an 8... i'm 170 and an 8. i think it also depends on how much muscle you have! it makes you weigh more.

I just went from a 12 to a 10, and I have a pair of size 8 shorts that fit, but are tight... they're my goal!

Dunno if this has already been said becuase I didn't read the whole thread, but one diet book I have (the fat-fighter diet.. its fantastic!) says that every 5th day you should eat the amount of calories you would need to *maintain* your weight. So for me thats about 2100, but my daily goal is 1200. So every 5th day jack up…

dancing with the stars cardio dance video works a lot of areas i find, its a hard workout but its fun. you sweat a bit. but you can do it at home when you want, and they do make sure you work your core etc.

I had a similar feeling...a pair of jeans that used to sit a little lower because my butt was too big, now sit right where they are supposed to :)
