Morning Workout Suggestions?

Does anyone have suggestions on starting a morning workout routine? I've heard it's the best time to exercise - it's also the only time I have right now - but I never seem to feel good if I exercise right after I wake up. Thanks!

    I've been trying to get up early and just go for a good fast paced walk before work.... its nice and cool out and its a great way to start the day! =)

    I do the 30 day shred dvd when I wake up, but anything cardio feels great first thing in the morning.
