i drink on the weekends. i find the trick is to not eat junk when you drink. its not hard for me , i never was one to snack when drunk , and t i heard somewhere its not alcohol that makes you gain weight , its the crap you eat when you drink it.

well what i mean by eating a lot during the weekend is this past weekend for example: i had like 1000 cals in alcohol , a slice of pizza, 3 mini doughnuts , half an ice cream sandwich , a bag of doritos and some french fries plus my regular food. this was all spread over the entire weekend btw. so does it all balance out…

well i do first some core work and 10 mins of warmup which is cardio (running , jumping jacks all that) then when i do the weights , i take about 1 min-2 min rest between exercises , and like 20 secs between each set so i dont know...i really need to find that HRM , but without it , does it mean i cant log the workouts? :/
