how to log strength training?

i started the NROL for core/abs last week. i must be burning calories , but i havent gotten around to looking for my sister's HRM yet so i dont know how many and the database doesnt have the excercises. does anyone have any idea how many cals you burn doing about 40 mins of strength training??

It depends on the tempo you keep. Your HR plays a big rols in that. I have burned significantly more calories when I jump rope or run in place for 30 second between sets than just lifting and resting between sets.0

well i do first some core work and 10 mins of warmup which is cardio (running , jumping jacks all that) then when i do the weights , i take about 1 min-2 min rest between exercises , and like 20 secs between each set so i dont know...i really need to find that HRM , but without it , does it mean i cant log the workouts?0
