I used to eat around 400 cals a day and that made me become seriously underweight and I basically became anorexic. Eat at the BARE MINIMUM 1000. and even that's low.

I say yeah!! Go for it! Make sure you're eating to fuel your body and make sure you don't do too much and if you get hurt, stop. But hell, go ahead and try it!

Yes!! Not even to lose weight. I'm trying to maintain. And by logging, I know that I'm not going over or under and I see how healthy my foods are. I love MFP. It helps alot.
