i just started up again after years and years and years LOL im finding i have more of a burn in my legs from the peddling and i don't think i could do 14miles in one day im doing about 5-6miles but i know i need to build up cause im really enjoying it more then walking

SINCE I STARTED WALKING OUTSIDE I HAVE LESS ANXIETY AND MY MOODS HAVE IMPROVED...i use to walk in place indoors but one day i just took a walk outside and I LOVE IT i listen to music or if my anxiety level is really high i just have like mini therapy sessions with myself in my head as i walk i know that sounds crazy…

this morning made the muffin in a short circular dish and used garlic powder and onion powder(1/8teaspoon )salt and pepper so it was a savory muffin i then cut it in half and toasted it WAA LAA i had a spam and egg sandwich!! it was so filling and delicious!

i have found that on mfp not all results are accurate def. find another site to double check im on atkins and going by the book so in there they tell u the veggies and how many net carbs which is what u count...so on here i find the right one that matches to what my reference is if not then create the food item to put in…

im on atkins most berries (strawberries are the lowest in cabrs in the berry family) all servings are a 1/4 cup are between 2-4 carbs, blueberries, raspberries ect, and melon is decent also hope this helps
