Hi there! I'm back at this and determined too. Feel free to add me.

Thanks for the reply and encouragement. I will NOT give up! :) I just need to be careful because I fractured a disk in my back a couple of years ago in a car accident. So, if I over do it, I'm out of commission for a while. I need to change my "all or nothing" outlook.

LOL yeah! I noticed her belly too. I was like what the heck is going on here? Don't get me wrong, I'd like a lil bitty belly like that. Anyway, I don't like Jill's replacement either. But she left before and came back once (remember trainer Kim Lyons?) Maybe we'll see her on the Biggest Loser again someday. BTW I just LOVE…

It's a program where you eat no more than 15G of sugar a day and 6 servings (NOT GRAMS) of carbs.

I would have sent it back for sure!

Try this ice cream. http://www.clemmysicecream.com/ It's sweetened with xylitol. It doesn't raise insulin like Splenda, Sweet N Low, etc. It's great! Or try Joesph's sugar free cookies. http://www.josephslitecookies.com/

That was really great. Thanks for sharing.

Have you tried drinking water?

Yes, it is SUPER exciting. I used to wear a size 26. Now I wear a 6. 4 in a skirt suit. Congratulations on your progress! :)

Welcome to MFP. Remember, slow n steady wins the race ;)

I agree. It's only 20 mins.

That's amazing! Love your dimples. :)

You've come to the right place! Recently, I messed up and binged. I poured my heart out here to my pals, and they came to the rescue! We're all in this together. you can do it! Welcome.

There are a number of reps in a set. Start with 10 reps that would be 1 set. For a beginner, I would do 2 sets of 10 reps on a weight that gets difficult to lift at the end of each set. You don't want it to be too light, you won't see any changes. You don't want it to be too heavy, you might hurt yourself. Sometimes, I do…

I hope you're right! You should read my other post and see how much I ate lol. Thanks.

I lied when I got it. I put 40 lbs less than what I am. Now, I actually weigh 50 lbs less than what it says. When I get to my goal weight, I want to get a new DL with the right weight on it. lol

Hang in there! I think when you're doing everything right, and you STILL don't lose weight is what makes this difficult. Try an exercise you never tried before. Maybe that will help.

It talks about eating for your type. I am a protein type, so I do better with a higher protein/lower (not no carb) diet. I found the metabolism test at flatbellysolution.com. The program seems easy.

Way to go! You look so happy and confident! I'm proud of you.

Yes, I have been trying to figure why I fell off the wagon so bad in the first place as well. I am doing to weigh in tomorrow morning and see the change. I am sure there is by now. My stomach is flattening out a bit. I am still not fully in the swing of things, but I am getting better. You know what I've realized?? I binge…

Yes, I took all of those foods out of my house for sure! I have been drinking a lot of water. I have been peeing and *other* lol like crazy. I normally do not eat fast food, and I normally do not binge like that. Well, on holidays (Superbowl is a holiday, right?? lol), lately I've eaten until I was beyond stuffed. BUT…

Thank you for the support everyone. Yes, unfortunately, I am sure it's 23 lbs. 23.2 to be exact. And, no my clothes do not fit the same anymore. I had an issue with lose skin on my stomach, thighs, and back. Well, it's all filled out now. lol It's gotten a little better. Lemme see if I can remember all that I ate.…

You should invest in a heart rate monitor. I got mine from Sears for about 80 bucks. Its great! I always know how much I burn.

When my second ex husband and I first started dating, he didn't know. While we were together, I gained a LOT of weight. My highest ever was 309. By this time, we were together a couple of years, so I told him. Right before we got married, I lost a little over 100lbs. We were married a little over a year (together about 5…

Hi! Welcome to MFP. I've done the 30 day shred too. Level 1 was hard at first, but now I can do level 2. I'm going to rent her power yoga to see if I like it. Has anyone here tried it? When I logged it under yoga, it said I would burn only 108 calories. Hmm...I hope it's more than that.
-
Hi, I've been logging it as circuit training and this site says I burn 273. Hope this helps.
-
That's great! When I first read the title of your post, I was concerned. LOL I thought it was a medical thing. AHH I'M LAME. Keep up the good work.
