30 day shred question

I am thinking about starting the 30 day shred program, but I'm also doing a modified C25K program, as well as taking a zumba class. Can you do this program along with other stuff or would it be too much?

    It's only 20 mins a day, so you should be fine :-)

    I love it! I am on day 7 of level 1. It's a lot of work for the 20 minutes. Soooo worth it!!

    It's a perfect work out to fit it any workout routine.
  • but dont be fooled! it is a tough 20 minute workout lol. Jillian does NOT go easy on you. The first day I thought my legs wre going to fall off lol

    I am doing the same thing. I do Zumba 3-4 times/week, doing 30 Day Shred & also a motified version of C25K. Just space the Zumba & 30 Day Shred out in the day. It will be killer to do it back to back. When I have Zumba in the evening, I make sure to do 30 Day Shred in the morning.
