  • Great videos...I'm doing an 8 week programme, and it's so much better than the Bikini Body Workout I was doing previously, which got really repetitive.
  • I'm on my second week of 8:16 eating, and I've finally found something that suits me. Start with breakfast at 10am and finish at 6pm.....rarely feel hungry and I'm losing a steady amount of weight daily. Eating healthily, with a few treats. One thing I've just realised too is that I was over-eating so much by using the…
  • I walk part way in and out of work (between train/bus) and either walk during my lunch break or walk to a station further away from work when I finish.....it takes effort, but 10k steps is never going to be easy or everyone would be doing it!
  • True, a sedentary person averages between 1,000 and 3,000 steps. 10,000 steps is around 5 miles, so that's exercise!!
  • Ha hahhahaaa....brilliant!!
  • Thanks tinaolsson, it was a real a real pain as I'd finally got into a proper routine of regular exercise. Still I suppose a couple of months is no big deal and I'll get back into it as soon as poss. "Pre-training" is pretty much as difficult as the real deal!!
  • I'm dying to start this again....I'd got through pre-training, and was half-way through week 4....and then tore my calf playing tennis. Been on crutches for the past 5.5 weeks.....just walking without crutches, so reckon a couple of weeks and I'll have to go back to the pre-training part of BBG. It's really tough, but so…
  • I'm going to join in too.....ok, it's 31 July, but easier to do from my work PC!! Name: Justine Age: 45 Height: 158.5cm Start Weight (1st August): 183.9 Goal Weight (1st September): 177.9 1st August: 183.9 8th August: 15th August: 22nd August: 29th August: 1st September: Weight lost/gained this week: Weight lost/gained…
  • Hi, how are you going with BBG? I'm on the 2nd week (just Friday to complete). Doing it alongside 10,000 steps per day.....lost 6.5lbs in 9 days, but I'm sure that will slow down soon!!
  • I'm on Day 8 (tomorrow). Take between one and two days' rest per week (because of life happening). Did Plyometric Cardio Circuit last night, and it's my least favourite of the first month's dvds. How far along are you hnovak0103?
  • Tomorrow's Day 8 for me....I'm down just under 3 lbs. I've been eating healthily (not from the Insanity book) - no sweets/biscuits/cakes/crisps. I'm actually aiming on doing the whole thing within 10.5 weeks, but if it stretches to 12 weeks, I'm ok with that. 180 lbs, so the jumps are a bit harder for me (ordered knee and…

  • Hi, I'm on Day 6 today - 5'2.5", 45 years old and about 50 lbs to use. Lost 2.3 lbs in my first week, no inches so far (I don't think), but really into it! I'm trying to eat as clean as possible, and sticking to the 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat ratio (not always possible). Starting to feel pretty good though, and on…
  • Hi, I'm on Day 6 today!! It's sooo hard, but I have to say that I think I might love it (in a sadistic kind of way). Getting some knee and ankle supports today, as they're a tiny bit creaky with all the jumping. Lost 2.2 lbs, so not a bad start.....aiming to lose a stone over the whole programme
  • First time I've done it and I just completed Day 2.....what a killer!! Finding the exercises towards the end of the Plyometric Cardio Circuit almost impossible, but hoping they get a tiny bit easier the more I do. Having to work Friday/Saturday, but will lock myself into a meeting room, pull down the blinds and do it in…

  • Hi, I'm in! Started L1D1 yesterday and not feeling too bad....mainly hurting above my waist.....looking forward to my second session today. I'm trying to combine it with two or three runs per week and watching my calories.....oh, how I'd love to lose 2 stones! Oh, by the way, you can also get each day's session on youtube!!
  • My first post on this. I've been doing this WOE on a 4:3 basis (fast Mon, Wed & Fri). Lost about 5 - 6 lbs in the first week and last week I kind of stayed the same (but did pig out a bit on feed days). Haven't seen it mentioned on this board about using a TDEE calculator (http://thefitgirls.com/tdee-calculator.aspx). You…
