I too am a night owl and a night time snacker. what works for me is Intermittent Fasting. I skip breakfast and start eating at 2 in the afternoon. By doing this I have room in my diary for my evening snacks. This seems to work for me, Nutrition wise I am still a work in progress, but this IF has been helping me.

I take a scoop of whey protein (any flavor) mix with water keep it nice a thick, but stir all the protein in so its a pudding like consistency. add 1/3 cup oats and 1/3 cup berries (either fresh or frozen), if needed you could sprinkle some cinnamon or other spices. I eat it cold. lots of protein and easy to take on the go
