Libby, I have bad days and just remember that you are the only one that can take care of you. The other stresses and happenings in your life you have no control over. WHen it goes longer then a week with me I make a list of my goals and reevaluate what I have been doing then start all over. Hugs it will pass soon. Tammara

I have not had any good experience with store bought gf bread it was all very dissappointing to me. I choose not to eat bread and substitued it with lettuce leaves for some things. I have emailed some companies and got coupons and others have actually sent me free samples to try. I did find that UDIS makes a gf pizza crust…

I live in Traverse City MI and I am recently gluten free and learing to ask for the menu at restaurants is new. Thanks for the ones that do have gluten free. I know Cracker Barrell does here and so does Fire Fly. I am a little scared to eat out for fear of getting sick.

Welcome I am new as of today. I have been gluten free since Jan 27, 2012 and it has been interesting to say the least. I am learning to eat differently and I feel so much better. :smile:

I had major tummy issue I have been gluten free since Jan 27th and I feel so much better. IT is a whole lifestyle change but so far so good. I eat alot of fresh vegis, and fish. The one thing that I was suprised is what all Gluten is in. Even your meats have gluten if they have been injected with a thickner. :noway:
