I did the 30DS two summers ago and lost maybe three pounds in total. I didn't take my measurements though but I was very discouraged. I ended up doing it three times in a row (90 days) and in total lost 10lbs.

Oh I'm gonna finish it, even if it kills me lol I took a few days off from working out due to severe muscle pain and whatnot - hopefully going to start Burn it up tomorrow!!!

After the first two weeks, I lost 5lbs and 5.5 inches, but I just finished week 4 and I'm only down 2lbs... and like, 1 inch which is extremely disappointing considering I worked REALLY hard. I'm slowly losing interest in the program now, hopefully I can complete the last 2 weeks.

I don't eat all of them back but sometimes I'll eat a few extra calories since working out so much exhausts me and I need the fuel to keep up!

As of today I will have completed 2 full weeks of Start it up. Along with watching what I'm eating and doing lots of cardio, I have managed to lose 4lbs so far as well as 5.5 inches (chest, waist & hips). Ok, this even helps me! I'm almost done week 2 of Slim in 6 and haven't noticed one bit of change! Here's hoping for the best when I take my measurements again on Sunday!

I'm going to do 7 straight days a week. I also do an hour of cardio each day and add in the Slim in 6-pack three times a week. I'm determined to get this weight off.

Hello! Just joined the group! Started Slim in 6 today, never tried it before but I think I'm going to enjoy it. I didn't think I was getting a decent workout until I was done and noticed how shakey my arms felt. Here's hoping I can keep this up for 6 weeks.
