  • Exercise? YES - rode my bike. Calories Tracked - WAY OVER - bad me. Drink/Ate - yup. Got it all tracked. See MAJOR changes coming my way.

  • Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! I jumped rope, I was going to run, but it was 95 and I was exhausted after work. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, I was 374 over but I know why. :( Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes! Sadly, LOL. :(

  • What's on my mind? I need to quit drinking beer! I know it's why I cannot lose the weight. I cannot find the motivation to stop. Also, I go through phases with weight loss. I do well, then give up and lose motivation. It is so hard to lose weight....:(
  • Exercise: I ran for 32 minutes and did some jump rope! I burned about 566 calories. Tracking: Yup, tracked all my food with 292 calories left! Calories: 1,492 (I think) I even lost 1.8 pounds this week. :)

  • A typical day, when I'm trying...Turkey link sausage for breakfast (100 calories for 3) and a Dr. Pepper. (YES I KNOW I NEED TO QUIT THIS! LOL.)   • That's good advice...that may be the issue. It may not be enough for all the working out I'm doing. I do watch TV while eating (somethign I need to stop).
