High in potassium, fat free, cholesterol free, low in acidity and no added sugar, Contains five essential electrolytes--potassium,…

Small steps, thats all it takes. Congrats. I have already poked new holes in my belt; do not want to throw it out as a reminder of how out of control I was. Stay focused and good luck.

Definately coconut water; the absolutely best way to replenish your electrolytes.

Go Greek. Chobani is the best out of all the greek yogurt. Greek yogurt typically contains lower sugar, higher protein (which is a huge plus) and higher amounts of probiotics than other yogurts.

Personal tastes. I use Muscle Milk & egg whites (all from Costco) & use a hand mixer. Mix it with ice & different types of fruit - great way to change things up & it taste exactly like a smoothe. Very high in protein & low in calories. Extremely filling as well. You just have to find what works & taste best for you.

Feel free to add me; I still have about 70 lbs to lose myself

I love spinning. Fair warning though - the first time I went it felt like I was violated (no kidding). I could barely move for about 2 days afterwards; however you get used to it, or you could just purchase a gel cover for you cycle seat. You will burn the most calories spinning in the less amount of time than anything…

What's up?

Iron supplements are your best alternative.

Something that I have been curious about....Thanks.

My thoughts exactly. You will leave yourself prone to injury if you force the issue. Stick to something with less impact & wait until running becomes comfortable for you again.
