Ok, I thought this would be fun & interesting for all. I have been on MFP for over a year now & started spinning classes to help loose the weight. After about 8 months of spinning I decided to purchase a real bike. I ride to work 4 days a week (about 19 miles total each day) – I know not much, but it is a real pain/workout going back home. I decided to post an elevation profile pic of my commute to work (going downhill) & back (all uphill). So for all you avid cyclist out there – fire away and let me know what you think and please post your own results.

Pictures didn't come through. but, nice job on the riding. 19miles a day is pretty darn good for a casual rider. It certainly beats my weekly average.

Bike stays in the air conditioned office next to my desk & yes, signed up for my first tri in Sept. Still trying to get used to the SBS (sore but syndrome) but i guess that will go away with time0
