I could use some S Health friends and motivation. Here's me

We went to Asheville a few weeks ago to tour some breweries. 13 breweries in 3 days, and we didn't even get to go to some of the ones we wanted. I'm still trying to recover from the weight gain from that (not just the beer but eating out, drinking food). At least a bunch of the breweries are within walking distance to each…

Yay Beer! Especially a good homebrew stout or porter. I will be sampling our pumpernickel stout this weekend.

I just finished up day 43

Woodstock '94 with Nine Inch Nails being one of the highlights of that. Other favorites are The Grateful Dead (with '91 being first big show), The Stones, CSN&Y, Foo Fighters, Metallica, Smashing Pumpkins, more Nine Inch Nails. I've been to lots of shows and have rarely been disappointed.

I just finished up 90 days of Chalean. Got no results at all. Taking mostly a break this week and deciding what to do next (lost more weight during this break week than I did during Chalean). edited to say that I didn't lose inches either during Chalean.

I'm 5'2", eat around 1780 cal/day, sometimes more. I just completed Insanity and am doing Chalean Extreme now, with a little extra so I can keep eating at my Insanity/P90X levels.
-
I just started Chalean this week after just completing Insanity. I plan to follow the Chalean schedule this week and see if I want to add or change the cardio. I have a feeling I will need to. I plan on adding Insanity, p90x, or other (running, biking) as needed/wanted, making my own hybrid.
-
I often started with a weight that I could only do 8 reps and then once I got to the point where I could do 15, it was time to up the weight.
-
I'm going to start Chalean Extreme tomorrow I think.
-
I think 6 lbs and 2 inches in 1 month are good results. I only lost 2 lbs over the entire program. Just keep doing your best, give it time and it will happen.
-
I rest. Although this week I did do the fourth fit test on rest day instead of doubling up the next day.
-
I started Insanity right after completing a round of p90x. I think if you have done 30 day shred twice, you can do Insanity. Give it a go, just do what you can. I never completed 30 day shred, got bored. I don't follow the meal plan but I find myself wanting to eat 5, sometimes 6 times a day since I've been doing Insanity.…

If you are really sore, I would rest the rest of the day.
-
Huge difference! Way to go!
-
feel free to add me. Just finished up day 45.

Central Florida here too

I did 2 rounds before p90x and Insanity. What I like is that the workouts are short, averaging around 30 minutes. I didn't get bored at all. Yes, you really should have a ball although you can get away without it by subbing the core video for the ultimate ball and modifying other moves that use the ball. I started out with…

Insanity day 38, max cardio conditioning. Month 2 is starting out insane.
-
I started month 2 this week. Today was Max Plyo and a couple times, I was like, "you want me to do what?". Feel great now that it's done though.

Here's mine. I was not in top condition for this. Partied a little too much Saturday night and spent most of yesterday dehydrated and not eating. So there you have it. Fit test #1, Fit test # 2, Fit test #3 1. Switch Kicks: 56 - 58 - 50 (either I miscounted or see above) 2. Power Jacks: 45 - 46 - 49 3. Power Knees: 55 - 61…

A heart rate monitor is a good idea because it really gets up there. I also use a yoga mat for some of the cardio abs, but it's not necessary.

Today was Insanity day 22

The Grateful Dead, 1991. That was my first big stadium concert. I had been to several smaller, in a bar, shows before that, the only one I can remember that might ring a bell for some is T.S.O.L.

I'm not following either. I use this calculator http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ I'm eating at moderate exercise level minus 15%, which for me is 1800 calories. I try to eat that every day, including rest days. I just raised it to that from 1720-1750 calories yesterday because I've been hungry all week so…

My calves were very sore the first week. They have been fine since (today was day 16). My lower back too.
-
I'm interested in others replies. I've completed p90x, currently doing Insanity and thinking of either a hybrid or p90x2 next.

I was wondering the same thing. I took my 2nd fit test today. I'm counting right-left = 1, right-left = 2 and so on, like you. I guess it doesn't really matter which way you count as long as you're consistent. I got 58 today (56 for the first fit test) for those switch kicks. I was definitely sweating and feeling it after.…
