Insanity/ ChaLEAN extreme hybrid workout?

I am going to be starting ChaLEAN extreme and wanted to also keep doing some of the INSANITY workouts since I love Insanity! I got awesome results from it. Does anyone have a hybrid calendar they use? What do you recommend? What kind of results have others gotten with ChaLEAN extreme? I am only trying to maintain now and keep tone build some muscle and stay fit :)

    I havent done the insanity chaLean hybrid but i am doing the Chalean/ turbofire hybrid. Im push week 3 day. I have lost a bunch of inches. You could most likely just exchange the cardio work outs.

    I just started Chalean this week after just completing Insanity. I plan to follow the Chalean schedule this week and see if I want to add or change the cardio. I have a feeling I will need to. I plan on adding Insanity, p90x, or other (running, biking) as needed/wanted, making my own hybrid.

    Thanks Ladies! Yes. I dont need the hard core cardio! Have you noticed that you are getting stronger? I want to mainly build arm strength and leg and core strength too. Im worried I wont like ChaLEAN extreme because I heard it is not fast paced and I like fast pace of Insanity. Im hoping I am wrong.

    I completed Insanity last summer and am now doing CHX. I really, really enjoyed Insanity but I LOVE Chalene Extreme! While I am not seeing the scale move as much as I did with Insanity, I am dropping inches like crazy and becoming more lean. Strength training has really transformed my body. Just remember to use as heavy weights as you can. Her cardio videos are good, but sometimes I will sub one of my Insanity ones. After I complete this round, I am going to move onto Les Mills Body Pump. Good luck!
