What all is included in teh 30 day shred? I found the dvd's online and am downloading - don't ask me how - should be. HEHE. But anyway. I can't afford to buy it but I got the videos and right now I do have 2 ound dumbells and will be getting 5 - 8 lb dumbells in a few weeks.

I have to laugh when you say don't laugh only beause It is better to laugh at what used to be than continue doing it and because I laugh at myself at what I used to eat, and what I use dto eat was a daily basis YUCK.

I agree, why not put that $80 to fresh fruits and vegetables to lose the weight safely and create a healthier lifestyle in the process. Pills from mexico with no name...wow girl that sounds very sketchy and very unsafe. On a positive note you do look AMAZING but not happy to hear you are doing it with pills through mexico.

LMAO, I have neither also, I used my husbands tool type measuring thing to measure myself tonight and I just posted on freecycle for a scale as I have no funds for one for several weeks. LOL.
