Well done for making positive changes this week. Small steps count, you'll still get there. I too get the munchies in the evening and am trying to eat more healthily throughout the day. I've been looking into the benefits of coconut oil too and decided to give it a try. It's quite expensive but i found it in Holland & Barretts penny sale, £14.99 a jar but two for £15! Unfortunately the sale ends today at midnight. They do international delivery too.

No more trouble zones by Jillian is a resistance and weights dvd. I really like this one, not alot of cardio, just the warm up really. It's very intense, you can do the whole workout which is about 50mins or pick and choose your problem areas. Oooops, same as lesliemartina!!!

I weighed in this morning. I lost 5lb and 1inch off my waist, in my first week! So pleased:happy: I know it will slow down now but was a great motivation boost! Good luck to you Lizz

Started 8/8/13 Start weight 157lb Waist 33" Weighed today 16/8/13 Weight 152lb Waist 32" 5lbs lost!! And 1 inch from my waist! Yay, I'm so chuffed! :happy:

Thanks Lizz. I still haven't eaten yet, thought i'd leave it until i absolutely had to eat something. Just shows i eat according to the time, breakfast time, lunch-time etc rather than due to hunger.

I'm fasting today, just had green tea so far. I'm a little confused. Should i not eat all day and only have one meal for 500 calories? Will it affect my weightloss if i spread them throughout the day?

Morning Louise! I decided to cut the booze this week and i haven't had a glass of wine, or any alcohol, since Sunday. The first couple of nights i struggled to relax in the evening and had disturbed sleep but last night i slept like a log, at last. I feel much better in the mornings too.

I really don't think i could eat nothing for 2 days straight. I've done 2 fast days now with my 3rd tomorrow and i will weigh on Friday. Hi, i had my first fast day on Thursday as i thought 'why put it off till next week?' I'm starting the week with a fast day tomorrow then again on Thursday. Unfortunately my holiday starts on the 31st to France for 2 weeks so red wine, bread and cheese, my downfall. Ho hum! Well done all and keep it up!!
