I have a new balance HRM and it doesn't work :( I mean it shows me my heart rate but it never shows me the calories burned. I hoping to get a new one/ different brand once I buy my school books.

Yea, I think I will just do portion control. I'll try what I know I really want ( like a piece of the tres leches cake) and cut every other portion in 1/2. I'll just put the rest on my husband's plate lol

we went there last week. I had 1/2 the dinner plate of cheese ravioli with meat sauce plate. It filled me up, it was about 450 cal (1/2 the plate) and I still lost weight that week.

how do you ladies log DVD workouts on the exercise tab? I want to the the Slim 6, but don't know how to log it. I have a HRM (new balance) but it only calculates calories burned about 50% of the time.

I have the 30 DS, I've done up to day 15, then I just get so bored of it so I stop. But I've heard great things about the 6W6P video she has out now. I'll see if I can try and get that one today, if walmart sell it.
