Slim in 6

Has anyone done this program? Did you enjoy it/results?
I started today, I liked it (so far)

Is there a schedule you are soppous to follow? I only have the videos and no schedule.

    I have it and liked it..it helped me jump start my work outs again. You do each section for two week totaling 6 weeks for the whole program. I did mine 3 days a week and the other 3 I ran..my SIL is doing it right now and she does it 5 days a week and runs once lol
    I think whatever you can handle in a week but remember to take that one day off to totally rest!

    I did it about 8 years ago. I had great results and ended up buying Slim Series, which I liked even more. I did Start it up for 1 week (6 days), Ramp it up for 2 weeks (6 days each week, one day off) and Burn it up for 3 weeks (6 days each week with one day off).

    My best friend in the whole wide world purchased a copy 7 weeks ago...today was her final day and in six weeks lost 19 pounds and 9.5 inches. She says she can't WAIT to rock her new bikini this summer.

    I had great results after my 3rd baby. I only did Start it up for a week Ramp it up for 3 weeks Burn it up for 2 weeks. Then went back and forth between Ramp and Burn.
    When I can't run or make it to the gym I'll do Ramp it up now.
