I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks. Can someone look at my food diary and maybe suggest something/change?
I do about 3-5 miles, cardio, 3-4 times a week, and I lift weights with my husband about 3 times a week.

  • It'd help if we could see more of your nutrient levels, like sodium.

    I looked at the last few days, and I'm guessing your sodium is probably pretty high. Try and cut out the processed stuff and drink half your body weight in ounces of water. You will notice a difference I bet. Good luck!

    oh wow! my sodium is off the wall!!!!! I didn't even think to check that
