Best bet would be to get a jogging stroller. You can probably find a cheap one at a garge sale or second hand store. Otherwise, snack time and nap time work. Best of luck.

If you walk around with a paper bag on your head it should reduce the amount of toxins breathing in. To cleanse your lungs I suggest breath mints. That cool sensation you feel when breathing in is definately cleansing.

I started my first round of Insanity yesterday! The workout was tough and I couldn't keep up but I'm determined to get in better shape over the next 60 days.

If I'm not listening to music I catch myself counting every 2 -3 steps depending on my breathing. Bose makes earbud headphones that actually stay in my ears. They look funny and they're on the expensive side but they sound great and they don't fall out as soon as I break a sweat..
