Height: 5'8 (173cm)
Starting weight: 154.3 lbs / 70kg (03/12/2012)
Current weight: 143 lbs / 65kg (06/01/2012)
Food: I just cut down on bread, sweets and pasta. Also, stopped eating all kinds of cereals. I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, between 1300-1800kcal. I am a meat lover, so mu usual lunch or dinner is some meat and salad. And for breakfast, bread, cheese, yoghurt and....HAM :happy: For snacks, fruits, nuts, m&m's or ice cream
Exercise: I go 4 times a week to the gym and usually do 15-20min of cardio and about 60min of circuit training, strength training....
