I like the Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar, They are 140 calories, BUT they have 9g of fiber. They taste good and keep my full till Lunch.

I found juice pops in the freezer section that only have 60 cal. That is what I eat at night if I need something sweet.

My last name and Bunch because I use to watch a bunch of kids. (I had a home day care for 17 years.) But I think the name is cute so I still use it.

I like to add lemon to my water or crystal lite. It was hard for me at first to drink 8 glasses now I drink more like 10 - 12. You actually start craving water after awhile. I have completely cut out soft drinks.

I am just trying to cut back on what I like, not cut it out completely unless it is just TOTALLY BAD (Like Fried foods) I have tryed to cut out ALL fried foods. Example I made homemade Potato soup last week and instead of eatting a bowl of soup I had a cup of soup and some steamed veggies. If you like to get fast food…
