I just finished day 1 cardio.. I felt confident starting it as I finished insanity on the 1st of July but oh man...Shaun T kicked my butt to hell and back!! Followed the modified versions a lot.. *whew* Bring on tomorrow! :)

Brand new Insanitizer!!! I'm on day 2 of week 1 and WOW is all I can say...My legs and calves hurt like hell. All other exercise videos feel like a walk in the park...Insanity takes the cake!!! I'm hoping I can do day 3 tomorrow. Good luck to everyone.

I just made this and it was Ah-maze-balls!!! I used wholemeal flour, less banana, less nutella and less sugar and got 14 slices at 90 calories per pop!! :love: Now I just have to exert self control and eat 1 slice a day... or 2.. :laugh:

I never deprive myself.. I always crave cookies with my tea so I've got some weight watchers cookies in my cupboard.. 2 cookies for under 90 calories :) I also have Mikado sticks for when I need a chocolate rush (only 11 calories per stick) I try to stop at 6 sticks though...:laugh:

Hi, I drink the chocolate delight sculptress shake for breakfast most mornings, just before I head off to the gym or as a bump to my calories last thing at night.
