Happiness (with pic)
Before I post a picture of happiness, I want to give credit where credit is due. I got the idea from this thread, but just changed the chocolate.

Now, let's talk about happiness. What is happiness? This is the beginning of happiness.
And this is happiness too
but THIS is real happiness
What is the difference between the second and third picture? The shape (and the calorie count, see below). That's all. The third shape makes me happier because it makes me feel like i'm eating a reeses peanut butter cup.
Each one is the size of a cupcake. Pretty big. 116 calories (You can cut this down by a lot by just topping it with chocolate instead of covering the entire thing. But, I wanted the entire thing covered with chocolate and I was okay with the 116 calories. I think I even shed a tear while I was eating it because it was so good. SO GOOD).
I made 6.
6 tablespoons PB2
1/3 bag nestle toll house semi sweet chocolate chips melted
Add some water to the PB2 to make it dough(y).
Roll in to balls
Pour melted chocolate on bottom of cupcake paper thingys
Press tthe PB2 balls into the chocolate down in the cupcake paper things
Top with chocolate
Refrigerate until the chocolate is hard but still soft (that doesn't make sense, but when you make them, it will make sense)
Then only eat one.
The balls (lol) in picture two are only 53 calories each.

There is no WAY I'd be able to only eat one of these bad boys. The combination of peanut butter and chocolate causes me to lose all self control. I'll just eat them with my eyes for now.0
