Will be picking up where I left off a couple of weeks ago!! Its been a crazy two weeks and I can't wait to run tonight!!! I have missed it! SO i will be on Week 4 Day 3 and If it goes well will go on to week 5

finished #c25k week 4 run 2 on Thursday with #getrunning – 31½ minutes of exercise and 16 minutes of running. Next run: Saturday 28th.

I haven't done my workout yet, but I will be doing Week 4 Day 2 of C25K this evening and that will be all I do for the day

Put deoderant/antipersperant on the places that are rubbing together, it helps me feel better within a day and then put it on the trouble places when you run and it should help

Just finished #c25k week 4 run 1 with #getrunning – 33 minutes of exercise and 16 minutes of running. Next run: Thursday 26th. My run went like this: a 5-minute brisk warm up walk-3 min run-1.5 min walk-5 minute run-2.5 minute walk-3 min run-1.5 minute walk-5 minute run-5 minute cool down walk!!

I weigh 278 and I am week 4 of the C25K program, it increases a little each week, this week I will be up to running 5 minutes without stopping!! I Started at 289, So I think if I can do it, anybody can!!!

Yeah, I run at the track and there is no bathroom there, so I drive there to run and then drive home!! Yeah didn't think I would make it past my last run, so I high tailed it home LOL Kinda embarrassing to say! Oh well

So I went to do my week 3 day 3 jog this morning and when I finished my second 1.5 minute run, well lets just say mother nature was calling and I had to quit and go home!! : -( I will try it again on tuesday or I may just go on and start week 4? not sure yet. Just finished #c25k week 3 run 2 with #getrunning – 25 minutes of exercise and 9 minutes of running. Next run: Saturday 21st. I decided to keep running when my last three minute run was up and ended up running 6 minutes without stopping!! That felt great!!

Just finished #c25k week 3 run 1 with #getrunning – 25 minutes of exercise and 9 minutes of running. Next run: Thursday 19th. That included two 1.5 minute runs and two 3 minute runs with periods of walking between each run!!! Didn't think I could do it but I did!!!

The one I have is called "get running" it follows the c25K program and you can listen to your ipod while you run your app, just make sure you turn on you ipod first then open the app!

woohoo, I did my first C25k workout last night and didn't die!! i actually did the whole workout just like they said! I was very surprised I did it all! It was awesome and made me feel like I can acheive this goal!!! Thank you God for answering my prayers and giving me strength to finish my workout!

I am thinking about getting this, but would like some feedback! My hubby is doing p90X. I am severely out of shape and I am affraid most of these exercises would be too difficult. does it modify for those who can't quite do all the moves yes? I looks like a ton of fun!!
