Today I am trying oats bananas and berries for breakfast instead of my usual huel milkshake.. I want to see how long this fills me up.. I did this to decrease my bf calories from 400 to around 300 I just finished at around 9 am I will let you know when I feel hungry again and have my second meal π

I recalculated my bmr based on a new weight and realised that I was overeating by around 100 kcals thinking I was undereating so these are my new goals based on the following calculation Bmr x 1.3= 1875 kcals allowance 175 daily caloric deficit leaves me with 1700 kcals which means if I'm consistent, I will lose one poundβ¦

I ate 1469 out of 1400 kcals and did not exercise so off to a bad start I guess π will try again tomorrow

Sometimes when I overdo it with working out, I feel hungrier than usual and it becomes hard for me to stick to the calories.. on the other hand the day I eat well I'm so terrifies to mess it up by working out and feeling hungry afterwards that I actually decide to take it easy on the workout department
