I try to keep my sugar intake to 9g or less for every meal I eat.

We have almost the same height and weight and goal! I am 5'4" 150 and want to be down to at least 125. I too had a baby. You can add me if you'd like :) I am doing the 30DS. I watch it on my laptop in the living room. I have hand weights. Just get the DVD and DO IT!

I am doing the 30 DS and also biking with my daughter for 20-40 mins a day.

Just finished Day 2 and I lost 3 pounds!

I don't know if this helps, but I started it yesterday and have lost 3 pounds so far.

Day 2 ahhhhhhh! I am feeeeling it. But in a good way! I'm off to work now but when I get home I'm torturing myself again!

I also want to add I am 5'4" and 153. I lost 1 pound just on day 1. My 30 DS goal is 10 pounds by Valentine's Day and my overall goal is to weigh 125 (pre-baby weight).

I just started and I already had some hand weights but I do think they would benefit your progress! A lot of the workout has you using weights. You do abs, cardio, strength, and you WILL feel the burn on day 1. I was nauseous for 30 mins afterwards. But I can't wait for day 2!
