sugar?

I'm a faithfull logger on good and bad days..keeps me accountable. However, I've been noticing my sugars are always in the red. I LOVE fruit and I know fruit contains sugar. Please feel free to look at my diary(be kind) and would appreciate some advice. I don't feel as though I'm eating awful but I do like my fruit several times a day.

How can something so good for you, be bad? :smile:

    Sugar that comes from fruit is totally okay...it's natural and the closer you get to nature, the better. Your body can digest it and use it more easily. Don't worry about high sugar if you're getting it from good places!

    your sugar isnt all thats high. I looked at 3 days. But in those three days you were under 1200 each day. You need more food.

    Personally I focus more on refined sugars and not natural sugar- like sugar from fruit.
  • I try to keep my sugar intake to 9g or less for every meal I eat.
