I added the app on my mobile phone first and was just logging in food and exercise through that. I didn't even go on the website til a few weeks later and noticed profile stuff. It is a lot better using message boards/news feeds/having friends but having the app to login food was also very helpful!

thanks for the advice everyone! i went grocery shopping today for some fresh foods & food containers and will be trying out a few recipes. :) i also changed my cal count to 1200 so i don't end up hitting a plateau a few wks from now! thanks again :)
