that's so amazing! my starting was about 187 and now im 175. Not much but its been gradual. how did you lose so much in so little time!!

im only down about 10-15 pounds, when i started being serious about MFP i was about 185 and now im about 174 but i fluctuate, but honestly i think its more about drinking enough water, because somedays even at this weight if i dont drink enough water or if i eat too much sodium the next day the ring is snug hahaha

do you guys recommend I continue at 1200 for a bit longer while eating healthier foods ? and if so for how long before I know to change things up!!??

yeah i think sodium is definitely a factor right now. my boyfriend tries to steal my scale from me daily because its getting like an obsessive thing i constantly have to check. I should probably let him take it haha. and yes duck face on purpose :)

doing day three later today hopefffullly haha. my legs are so sore i can't walk so im thinking i should take a day off. OR i could just try and do it as best as i can today. we'llll seeee haha. feel free to add me though!
