beginner runner/ running results

rollercoaster weight loss
hey! so im getting really frustrated lately...i have been eating at my calorie level and weight is going up and down and up and down and im not making any progress. what do i do! AND does anyone know a way to lose ten pounds rather quickly!

what is everyone's opinion on over the counter weight loss pills? anyone have any luck with them? any side effects?

5 pound hurdle, up and down
I find that i can lose 5 pounds quick, but then 2-3 will come back, and then ill lose another 5 etc, but it takes a long time. why does this happen? is it normal?? should i be able to stop myself from bumping back up a few or is that normal? ahhhh this is ruining my goals haha

Finnaaalllly, i can slip on and off the gorgeous ring my boyfriend bought me for my 18th birthday a couple years ago. Such an exciting thing, i've finally realized how important drinking enough water is haha, definitely works with flushing out the toxins and helping keep your water weight down, WOO :)

If you're hungry, but don't have enough calories
Hey! So yesterday I had eaten up all my calories for the day and didn't have enough time to do any exercise as I was studying for exams. And my tummy was rumbbbblin, am I supposed to eat something?? or should i stick it outt?

WHY CAN'T I LOSE WEIGHT
uggghh, i'm getting super frustrated. I went from 175.5 to 179 in 4 days! and I have been eating my normal calories (around 1200). someone please review my diary and give me advice!! I neeed to get down to 170 soon or I'm going to lose all hope :(

over my daily carb limit!
Hey! So i have 355 calories left today but i only have 4 carbs left haha. SOOOO my question is whether or not going over my carbs will negatively impact me that much?
