I weigh myself once a week at the same time (every Saturday morning). I use runtastic, I love it because it can track loads of different kinds of exercise, including in the gym and outside too. Added bonus is that it can sync automatically to MFP to upload your exercise calories automatically!

I'd grill them, then chop them into small pieces and mix with chopped tomatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms. Serve it with a small amount of pasta or cous cous - yummy!

How about some peri-peri sprinkles or chilli flakes to give it a bit of a kick?

I do find the database very helpful, but I wanted to get a general idea in advance so I'm not sat on my phone compulsively checking everything, not much fun for my friend who is not on a diet!

I gave up my glasses of milk and fruit juice when I realised how high in calories they are, so now I just tend to stick to water and diet lemonade, with so few calories that I don't even bother to track it.
