Actually, I have not given up anything I ate before. I just have switched portions and frequencies. Works for me.

You are young and your skin is still pliable. Keep up the workouts, they will firm up eventually. Women's arms are not made to bulk up, so it takes a while.

look under walking. I use treadmill all the time, I don't recall, maybe I added it myself to my exercises (that is an option too).

Once a day at a maximum, right after rising (and going to bathroom). That is the least you will weigh all day, so you don't have to do it again. good luck.

I just finished a cup of baked butternut squash with a dash of cinnamon sugar warmed in the microwave in the break room. mmm. Less than 100 calories. I lied 130 calories (had to go check) :blushing:

I plan on enjoying the entire feast but with portion control - AND - plan a day or two ahead and after to accomdate the extra calories. (We have ours on Saturday this year due to too many folks in the f amily having to work on Thursday).

Have a glass of water with each drink. DON"T drink anything with soda (coke, etc). Me? I am a whiskey drinker, not many calories there. Soda water with lime is ok and looks like a drink.

Interesting thread. I work in the MC industry so tattos and piercings are the norm here. I am also in HR and I appreciate it when potential employees clean up for the interview, down play the tattoos and piercings till they know what our policy is. It shows they are considerate. I noticed you are a cashier, so I assume you also stand all day. do you have a pad for your feet at register, do you wear good sturdy shoes? Just more little things to check out.

Do you wear high heels? Try stretching your calves a couple times a day and up your water intake.

Try to work really hard at portion control (with no second helpings at a sitting) regulating your times for eating (not grazing all day and night) and do something while home to burn off the calories. Walking, going out dancing (with few drinks and lots of water). Be creative and enjoy the holiday.

Some women just wear it all the time, so what. Many years ago, I knew a gal (a member of the Bronco Pony Express if that dates me some) whose own HUSBAND had never seen her without makeup. She had special 'face' for sleeping. NO LIE More popcorn anyone?
