Exercises?

I went over my calorie goal =(....Im supposed to have 1200 calories. I already burned some by walking and doing jumping jacks. So my net calories is 1391. I need to burn about 200 calories to get down to 1200. I have no idea what exercises to do to burn off the excess calories I consumed. Please give me some ideas?? I dont have any exercise machines..no treadmill or stationary bike...and I dont have any exercise videos either! So any old fashion exercises would be great! Thanks!

    steps, jogging in place, walks, any movement. you can use vegetable or soup cans or water bottles for weights too.
  • Doing 40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, and 10 pushups burns 100 calories. It only takes about 2 minutes.
