errm no idea!! I have a 2litre bottle in the fridge which I fill up as it gets emptyed, about 4 litres in total (no idea on converstion sorry)

I am aiming for 140, I started at 203 and now weigh 180, sigh! with my height I should be aleast 10-20 lb less than my 140lb goal!! but hey I think I will have lost so much and be in a health BMI at that so there haha, really hard to work out lb's lol as I weigh in stones!!

turn on the shower and steam up the bathroom and take your son into the bathroom with you, it really helps loosen up their chests, I still do this now with mine and they are 4 and 6:cry: so grown up! Feel for you, its so hard, vapour plug ins are also good or karvol drops (I am uk btw!) on a teddy, x

I'm in the uk and drinkg green tea with mint! not sure if any benfits but means I can have a hot drink without adding milk or sweetner and makes me feel ful:laugh:

I struggle to eat straight away when I get up! I normaly eat within the first 2 hours (which I know is wrong, but thats better than before:bigsmile: )

I'm not craving, but each time I think ohh what shall I eat I am getting a pint of down me along with a piece of fruit keep focusing on the end goal and the reasons why you want to lose the weight and slowly it passes
