I use Aromat, it is high sodium, but you need a tiny sprincle so It doesnt load my sodium up.

My breakfast is oats and protein, I have about 40-50 grams of oats with scoop of choc protein and water. Pop in microwave for couple of mins = choc porridge! Yummy and so quick and simple. :flowerforyou:
