I just bought a pair of Curves legging toning Tennis Shoes. I love them and I can really feel the difference when i go walking. It has really motivated me to walk more. Plus don't we all deserve a new pair of shoes to go along with our new lifestyles!!!!

I weighed on Friday and I am down 23 pounds since Nov. 1st. I am so excited!!!!!! Thanks to everyone for all the support and helpful tips. I have 48 pounds to go and I know I will make it!!!

I started at 211 on Oct 20th and the last time I weighed on Dec. 20th I am down to 192. Woohoo!! I have lost 19 pounds in 2 months. I only weigh once a monthe so I will keep you updated!!! My goeal os to get down to 135. So 57 more pounds to go.

I hate going out thinking I am being good and getting a salad and then see the calories and fat grams hell I could eat what I really want and eat the same amount of calories. I am trying not to eat out very much. It just makes me crazy!!!:tongue:

I live in Broken Arrow Ok and we have been with out power since Sunday. I finally got it on this morning. I have been off my routine with no power and the kids home and having to eat out every meal. But I am ready to get back on track!!!

Congrats. I can't wait to be down to a 14. Hopefully another 15 pounds and I will be able to stop going to the "Womans" department.

The same thing happens here. So as soon as food is left I send out a company wide email telling evryone were the food is. It is gone in a matter of minutes and I look like a great person for "sharing". I also keep gum at my desk something hot so nothing really tastes good after I have been chewing it.

I keep gum in my desk draw get something like cinnamon so nothing really tastes good if you try and it it. Christmas goodies have started to come in at my work also. I am the receptionist and it all gets put right in front of me. I just close my eyes and theink about my cruise in June. I don't want to walk around the boat…

I think a splurge now and then is great. Sunday is my sons birthday and we will be going to eat and yes I will have a piece of cake(1 only). So I know Friday and Saturday I will just walking a little longer.

I started at 211 am down to 200 I want to get down to 130 I am 5ft 2 so that is a good weight for me so I need to lose 70 more pounds.:sad:

I weighed today and I have lost 11 lbs this month!!! My first weigh in. And yes I am not going to ruin it tomorrow by eating everything in sight.

I have lost 11 pounds this month!!! I only weigh once a month. I am so excited this is the first time I have weighed since I decided to lose this weight.:drinker: This will keep me on track at Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow I feel so great right now.

No cheating!!! I am going to be as good as possible on Thanksgiving. I love sweet potatoes but my mom puts all the good stuff on them so I am bringing my own and eating them plain. I even bought lite cool whip that I am bringing. I am trying to cut calories as much as possible.

A Day to Day reward. Find a nice quiet spot. For me it is the shower and tell yourself how well you are doing and how much healther you will be soon. Give yourself a big pat on the back.:smooched:

I only weigh once a month because I get crazy if I weigh more often. If i put on a pound i either eat till I am so full I am about to pop or I don't eat for a day. So once a month is way better for me.

When I lose 50 lbs I am getting a new tattoo. For my long term I am going to Vegas for my 10th Wedding Anniversary if I lose the full 80 lbs. So I have till January 2009. I can do it!!

I am in. I will say 10 pounds by Christmas. I only weigh once a month so I will weigh on the 21st of Nov and give an update. I started at 211 on Oct 21st.

Watch the movie "Supersize Me" it is very motivational to see what all that fastfood does to your body. You can do this trust me I am a fastfood junkie and I haven't been to a fastfood place in a month. we are all here for you. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!:wink:
