I weighed on Friday and I am down 23 pounds since Nov. 1st. I am so excited!!!!!!
Thanks to everyone for all the support and helpful tips. I have 48 pounds to go and I know I will make it!!!

    CONGRATULATIONS!! That is some great news! I recently fell of the wagon (darn holidays) but I'm back and rarin to go. Stories like yours are great motivaters for me, and all of of us! Keep up the great work and best of luck!
