Hey guys Fellow PCOS sufferer here. Newly diagnosed. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge, I really appreciate it! Heres my two cents. It's not much and is mostly my own experience but maybe there's someone who can relate to my story and we could help each other out. I have been trying to lose my last bit of weight…

wow that is one impressive weight loss! I could learn a lot from you. dont worry about the skin too much, look at it as your battle scars! you did great :)

-seeing myself as a completely different person -being A LOT more confident than I thought I would be -not being afraid to chat up cute girls - knees and hips feel awkward when lying in bed -cold all the time, which I actually dislike. I used to walk around in shorts in the dead of winter. I miss that -just realised the…

Its like you've described whats happening to me! unreal. your words really struck a chord. i eat at a deficit, diet is 90% clean and exercise 4-5 times a week but weight still hasn't moved, measurements are the same, I still can't fit in those jeans etc. its a nightmare. what made you get through your plateau? send me a pm…

A question to all you amazing weight lifting ladies - do you take protein suplements?
-
Wow. Alot of arguing in this topic now. Can I just remind you all that different things work for different people before you tear into each other (and me) again. If the amount of fat I have doesn't go down in the next 2 weeks then I am definitely going back to a no carb/high fat and protein diet. Again, thank you everyone…

I will up my calories a bit and try and add more protein to my diet. I will also reduce my excersize even though I dont want to but most of you think it's what I should do so might as well give it a go.

This. Thank you very much. I didn't start this thread to be told Im developing an eating disorder, to go see my doctor or see a therapist. I started it to see if anyone shares my opinion of going low carb again since Im not the only one who lost loads with it Fact is excersizing a lot will always cause me pain, its…

Also, my calorie counting is correct, unless MFP is wrong which I doubt.

Definitely a typo, sorry. It was 5 weeks but 35lbs rather than 45. It sounds impossible but isn't. I went from no movement at all and basicly eating only junk food to a lot of hard work and a strict clean diet. Building muscle isn't my priority. I can work on them once the last bit of stubborn fat is gone. But like I said,…

if any of you see a girl on a silver hard tail bike with a black/blue MET helmet trotting around Cheshire, its me! catch me if you can and say hello :)

I know how you feel! ive been craving chocolate all day long. eat some honey instead, its alot healthier and it helps

this is a very delicate topic. just because youre considering wearing leggings under jeans to hide your weight loss doesnt necessarily mean that your ED isnt under control, it just means that you dont want to hear all the comments, lectures, etc. completely understandable and I would probably do the same thing. but then…

you are amazing!! absolutely stunning. marry me?

I walk my dog every evening around 10PM or after. There is alot of snow here atm and its quite cold, below zero. she always has either a hoodie or a coat on, depending on the temperature. I dont know how you do it though, I can't live without cold weather. the warmth really bugs me, and having to deal with it all year…

while I was doing the 30DS, I would cycle for about 15-25miles depending on how much time I had, and do the dvd as soon as I got home. that way I could just lie down after Jillian was finished kicking my butt lol
-
I did the 30DS during July this year, and the results were great. believe it or not I lost 35 pounds, i went from 165 to 130. But during that time I was on a low carb diet, and cycled for at least 30 miles DAILY. I'd go off on my bike and do the 30DS as soon as I got home. That was probably the deal breaker. Then I got…

looking ridiculous in every piece of clothing I tried on in a shop. got sick of not being able to wear what I wanted. high heels were way out of my reach since my knees couldn't handle them AND the weight, but now I can walk miles in them. and buy all the beautiful dresses I try!
-
happy AND gorgeous! well done

A friend of mine would always give me crap for not eating the same as the rest of them, for example we would order pizza and I'd order a salad. according to him, eating healthy doesn't really make a difference. then he went away for a couple of months, and after he came back he couldn't stop complimenting me on my weight…

I have found that I lose weight at a quicker pace when cutting out carbs. whenever I crave them I just eat an apple or something similar. its hard as hell to stay away from the potatoes, pasta and bread but you make due with other similar things. I now find that I enjoy my meals alot more since I there are no carbs in…

do you consume alot of dairy? its what keeps me bloated all the damn time. the only days my stomach isnt as big as a mountain is when I stay away from the cheese, milk etc.
